Available for students who intend to pursue an employment opportunity with LifeLine Ambulance upon successful completion of the course. To receive the discounted tuition rate, please contact us via phone or email for a discount code.

• A deposit of 75% ($900.00) of the course fee is required at the time of enrollment.
• Full payment must be made prior to taking the midterm exam.
• If enrollment is canceled within one week prior to the course start date, $400 of the deposit/tuition is non-refundable.

This option is for students who choose not to commit to employment with LifeLine Ambulance after completing the course.

• Full tuition payment is due 1-week prior to the first day of class.
• A deposit of ($900.00) is required to hold your seat.
• If enrollment is canceled within one week prior to the course start date, $400 of the deposit/tuition is non-refundable.

Get Started / Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 or older when scheduling the NREMT Exam upon successful course completion
• Must pass a background check with no felony convictions
• Up-to-date vaccination records required (form provided by LifeLine Academy)

Required Vaccinations:

• Current TB Test
• Hepatitis B Vaccine (OPTIONAL)
